LASER CUTTING

We use lasers to cut a variety of materials including carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum and other alloys.We incorporate automated material handling, off line programming and part nesting for maximum material yield. CNC Shearing and saws also available.

FORMING & BENDING

Our fully automated robotic press brake center with “lights out” capability ensures low cost, quick turnaround with superior repeatability. Programmable and digitally controlled, our electric press brakes are the most accurate available. We bend and fabricate a wide range of tube with special expertise in stainless steel tube bending and fabrication.

WATER JET CUTTING

Our water jets are capable of cutting metal alloys, glass, plastic, wood and more. With water jet cutting there is no heat effected zone or warping and there are no reflective concerns.

WELDING

We are proficient in most types of welding including,TIG, MIG, Spot and Robotic welding. Our Robotic weld cells provide consistent and repeatable weld quality for medium to high volume production. Joining and Bonding We also work daily with adhesive bonding, pem setting and riveting.

MACHINING

The Haas VF-7 has off line programming and automatic pallet changing capability. We can mill, drill and tap to your precise requirements. Our CNC lathes provide precision turning and have a bar feeder for increased efficiency For your most precise and tightest tolerances we offer Wire Electrical Discharge cutting and machining. (EDM)

STAMP/TURRET PUNCHING

Rapid-Line operates a full complement of modern stamping presses up to 250 ton capacity with automatic straightening, material feeding and parts ejection. Our Turret punching offers repeatable precision and speed.

POWDER COATING & FINISHING

We bend and fabricate a wide range of tube with special expertise in stainless steel tube bending and fabrication. We have the ability to work with a wide range of tubing materials such as cold rolled steel, stainless steel, copper, brass and aluminum.

ASSEMBLY & PACKAGING

We have special expertise in the fabrication of aluminum extrusion. We can fabricate, paint and assemble incorporating glass, fabric, cork and or other materials.

DESIGN & ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Our in-house powder coat line is state of the art with a five stage wash system and the latest in application and curing technology. We paint with the most advanced Epoxies, Polyesters and Hybrids and offer smooth, textured and metallic finishes in over 1000 colors.

TOOL & DIE MAKING

Whether your parts are large or small, simple or complex, raw or finished, bulk packed or individually packaged with bar coded labels, we can determine a process to package them so you will receive quality parts meeting all of your expectations.

Rapid-Line engineers use the latest 3D CAD/CAM technology to design and develop your parts. We can often recommend design or process changes to reduce cost and improve function and will work with you to develop the ideal design and fabrication process.

We have in-house Tool and Die making to keep tooling costs down and lead times short for our customers.
